Embodied Creativity: Dance & Paint
Join us for a unique creative journey where movement and painting merge into a meditative, playful flow -- unlocking your inner artist through the wisdom of the body. Through intuitive painting and short guided somatic movement and meditation, we invite you to explore a full spectrum of expressions, gestures, and brushstrokes -- from fluid elegance to raw vitality. This deeply immersive workshop will guide you through: ✔ Ink, pastel, and watercolor painting, facilitated by renowned Swiss artist Andreas Dobler ✔ Somatic movement explorations, guided by Dr. Ekaterina Kamenskaya ✔ A playful and meditative process, allowing your inner landscapes to emerge on paper. "Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time."-- Thomas Merton "Dance first. Think later. It's the natural order."-- Samuel Beckett No experience is needed -- just bring your body, curiosity, and heart. Let movement guide your hand, and paint tell your inner truth.
