True transformation begins when we face the unseen parts of ourselves -- the aspects we often reject or ignore. As Carl Jung said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." Shadow work isn't always easy -- these parts live within and behind us, often concealed. But you don't have to do it alone. This workshop creates a safe space to explore your inner world through reflection, connection, and the heart-opening medicine of cacao.
